New Teacher Application Process (Initial Grants)
New applicants will need to create an account with us to apply for a grant. Click Login to create your account. You will need to verify your email, set a password, and upload proof of employment (such as a school badge or paystub). Be sure to use your home/personal email address — not your school or work email.
Once your account is set up, click the Start New Application button inside the portal to apply. Read all instructions on the application form carefully.
Most applications are approved instantly, but it can take up to 2 weeks after submission for approval. For more information, review our grant terms.

Returning Teachers: Important Login Update (Sustaining Grants)
We’ve switched to a new grant system for the 2026-27 school year, so the old login link is no longer in use. Delete any saved login links from previous years so you don’t accidentally use an old page.
Your existing login has already been transferred to the new system. Reset your password to access the new system with your existing login. You will then be able to apply for the sustaining grant within the account portal by pressing the Start New Application button.
